Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure you have a transparent experience. Please review our return and international compliance guidelines below.

Domestic Returns (U.S.)

  • 14-Day Window: You have 2 weeks (14 days) from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund.

  • Product Condition: To qualify for a full refund, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all safety seals completely intact.

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. The cost of shipping will not be refunded. If LifeLink pays for the return shipping, that cost will be deducted from your refund.

International Returns & Customs Policy

We gladly accept international returns under the same 14-day timeline and product condition requirements, subject to the following strict conditions:

  • Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable: The original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable. Additionally, the cost of return shipping to send the package back to our facility is the sole responsibility of the customer. If we are automatically charged the return shipping cost by the carrier, this amount will be deducted from your refund.

  • Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees: All international customs duties, local taxes, and import clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and pay these fees upon import.

  • Restricted Products & Import Compliance: Import regulations vary heavily by country. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to research and know if the dietary supplements they are purchasing are permitted or prohibited in their destination country.

  • Order at Your Own Risk: International orders are placed strictly at the customer’s own risk. We are not responsible, nor will we issue refunds, for packages that are delayed, seized, destroyed, or returned by customs due to the product being restricted or prohibited in your country.

Discounts & Loyalty Points

Please note that any discount codes, promotional offers, or loyalty points applied to the original order are one-time use and will not be refunded, reissued, or credited back to your account upon return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at sales@ilifelink.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Pack Safely: Securely pack the unopened product to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

  3. Ship the Item: Mail your package to the return address provided by our customer service team. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance, as we cannot guarantee or take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue so we can fast-track a replacement or resolution for you.
